Overview:
PortCo HR Collective is a peer network for Chief HR Officers working in PE-backed companies across Europe. The founders wanted a platform that felt professional, welcoming, and distinctly their own. Not a generic platform, but a professional digital home that could establish credibility, support growth, and be managed without a technical team.
Approach:
The design starts with a painting. The client brought a single piece of original artwork and asked for it to become the soul of the brand. Not decoration, but the visual foundation everything else draws from. The artwork informed the entire visual system, shaping the logo, typography, color palette, and interface design across the platform. Built on top of that identity:
- •A gated member directory, insights hub, and events platform with passwordless magic-link login
- •A self-managed Webflow CMS that allows the client to publish content, manage members, and update events without any technical support
- •Automated workflows that reduce manual administration by keeping member data and content synchronized across platforms
Outcome:
A distinctive membership platform that gives the community a credible digital presence while keeping administration lightweight. Members get a seamless experience across content, events, and peer discovery, while automation keeps content and member information consistently up to date.
