Turning lab reports into copy-ready results

Before:
Physicians and veterinarians receive lab results as PDFs or scans and have to get the relevant values into their patient notes. That meant:
- •Opening each report and scanning for the values that matter.
- •Copying or retyping values one at a time, with the risk of transcription errors.
- •Reconciling results from multiple reports by hand.
- •Inconsistent formatting from one note to the next.
- •A slow, repetitive task that nobody enjoyed.
After:
Clinicians add their lab reports, select the values they need, and copy a clean, formatted results list.
- •Values are selected across multiple reports at once.
- •Each extracted value links to a screenshot of its original location in the report for one-click verification.
- •Multiple reports are processed together, with results grouped by report date.
- •Output is a consistent, copy-ready list for patient notes.
- •All processing runs locally in the browser, so reports are never sent to or stored on a server.
Impact:
A manual, error-prone step became a fast and consistent one. Built by clinicians who face this task themselves.
- •Less time spent on manual transcription
- •Fewer transcription errors
- •Consistent formatting across patient notes
- •Patient data stays confidential by design
